Viewing/Download Instructions
View in browser: Click on filename (NOTE: document will only open if the Adobe Acrobat browser plug-in is installed. If not installed, you will be prompted to download the document.)

Download to desktop: Right-click filename and select "Save Target As.." from the menu. In the "Save As" dialog box, select the file destination on your computer. Download FREE Acrobat Reader (if needed).
